Mailed Matt a while back and asked for a clay setup for my Cat and Cougar as I have a comp comin up with controlled tyres X-2000 reds and Losi blockheads on the front..
I have been usin Matts setup in the back of the book that he used in the BRCA Nationals..
The thing is he used the standard shocks not the big bore I would like to know if you have a setup with the track surface I have described in mind usin controlled tyres...
With big bore shocks Matts setup works quite well but I do feel that there is just a bit to much steering from the front rear traction is not to bad really just would like to know what to do here Matt said best to ask you...
Actually a setup for both cars would be great I have an 8.5 in the Cougar and 6.5 in the Cat...
Hey Tom. Chris Bennett here...one of XFactorys newest team members here in the US. I am curious to know what you guys are doing as far as pulleys go on the X-5's? We have the ROAR Nationals coming up in less than a month, and Chazz has informed me that there are NO pulleys available for the X-5's, and he is'nt sure when his UK supplier will be shipping. Although some of the other team guys who aren't running 4wd have donated pulleys, I still have some concern. Thanks alot, talk w/ you later...
