Are you going to win ashley:confused:

ashleyb4 10-08-2008 09:42 PM

Even though i plan on building the track and knowing the track like the back of m hand and knowing where all the bumps are etc ill still proberly find away of crashing and ending up not winning. An A final would be nice.......

And a bloody miracle:p:p:p

As per my other thread, would love a few of you to run 4wd too, despreately need practice (Did the chassis and front suspension of my car after 1 lap of practice today, so kind of short of running!!)

Doomanic 11-08-2008 07:13 AM

Assuming the club will run a 4WD heat, Callum and I will be in it.

GRIFF55 11-08-2008 08:21 AM

I havn't raced on the track since the mods took place. so i am looking forward to it. Just hope the weather is nice.

IceMike 12-08-2008 10:04 PM

have we got an entry list yet??

DaveG28 12-08-2008 11:29 PM

I've asked Phil if a 4wd heat is ok, fingers crossed!

Also wondering how the 4wd championship ended up, had a nightmare first/last round so may be losing my F3

Wraggy 13-08-2008 07:12 AM

wont be attending this weekend, so you will have to count me out.(family issues)
not even sure ive done enough rounds to count anything so guess i will be going F4 for next year ...

GRIFF55 13-08-2008 09:00 AM

Wouldn't your national standing give you an f grading ??

Anyone know if it will be possible to camp the night before?

here you go Lee just for you

21.4.1 From the NATIONAL SERIES:-
F1 and F2 licence grades will be allocated on a percentage basis as follows: the number of drivers that satisfy the points scoring requirements of the National Series will be used as the base figure.
FORMULA 1 – The top 33% of the base figure is used against the final series’ results to determine the F1 drivers. (2WD and 4WD separately)
FORMULA 2 – The next 17% of the base figure is used against the final series’ results to determine the F2 drivers. (2WD and 4WD separately)
21.4.2 From the REGIONAL SERIES:-
Regional formulae will be allocated on a percentage basis as follows: the number of drivers that satisfy the point scoring requirements for a Region’s particular Series will be used as the base figure. Any drivers included in this base figure, that have gained their licence from the National Series of the current year (F1, F2 and demoted F1) will be subtracted from the base figure to give an adjusted base figure on which the calculations will be based. It follows that Regional licence grades can only be established when the results of the National Championship are finalised.
FORMULA 2 - The top 20% of the adjusted base figure is used against the final series’ results to determine the F2 drivers. (2WD and 4WD)
FORMULA 3 - The next 30% of the adjusted base figure is used against the final series’ results to determine the F3 drivers. (2WD and 4WD)
FORMULA 4 - The next 30% of the adjusted base figure is used against the final series’ results to determine the F4 drivers. (2WD and 4WD)
FORMULA 5 - The final 20% of the adjusted base figure is used against the final series’ results to determine the F5 drivers (2WD and 4WD).

It pains me to say it, but Wraggy's right. :p

Only an F1 or F2 grade can be acheived at Nationals. And because the calculations for Regional grades takes into account anyone acheive said F1/2 at Nationals, we can't award F2/3/4 grades at Regionals until the Nationals series has been completed.

@ DaveG / Griff / Doom / Ash: A 4WD heat should be OK... Even better if you can get atleast 8 drivers..

Currently interested for 4WD heat

Ashley Williams
Andy Griffiths
Dave Gibson
Dooooom Hodges
Callum Hodges
Me (possibly)

Anymore, please e-mail me entries in the normal way.
