KF2 rebound and internal washers

Just wondering how much rebound people are running with emulsion shocks front and rear?
Anyone running the washer inside the dampers on the shock shaft under the piston as it says in instructions?

depends on how much droop you want

The washer reduces the slight 'sticky' moment when the piston is right at the bottom of the shock body.

As far as im aware its to limit droop so the driveshafts dont drop out when on track.

on the kf2 build the internal spacer is only in the front shocks in the manual. they have done this to reduce the amount of weight transfer front to rear under acceleration. if you want more transfer to the rear then loose the spacer.
"Sticky moment?" there should be no stickiness. they should feel exactly the same with no spacers as they do with spacers.

How many washers are people putting under the piston?

None unless using the most inner hole on rear arms to stop the driveshaft coming out
