Booking in for all rounds of the 2018 / 2019 indoor series is now open.

We are back at Chadderton, full EOS carpet, plenty of pitting space etc...

• Pre booking and pay up front only via Google Forms / PayPal.

*Sorry too many no shows last year, which cost us valuable club money to run some meetings, also makes booking in easier for us as it’s not nice manually booking in 120 drivers.

• Controlled tyre ~ Schumacher Cactus on the rear, any Schumacher front but we would recommend LP yellow cut staggers for the front and the new 4wd front Fusion.

• Mad Models supporting the event. Damian Whittle will have tyres as mentioned above, foams, glue and servo tape, nothing else.

• Shock Tower protectors will be required, there are plenty of options with a quick google or ebay.

• 10.5 vintage class NOW OPEN

• Indoor meetings will be run with the Awesome LiveTime Race software, live results and more by going to our dashboard https://burymetro.liverc.com

• Full EOS carpet track, new features for 2018, scoreboard, new Rostrum.

• Setting up – We will be setting up on the Saturday before the Sunday meeting between ‪11:45am to 3pm‬, many hands make light work and a little practise for those who help set up.

• Packing away – Usual story, we always struggle with the same old few that help pack away, we still need help now with having to pack away 5 rolls of heavy carpet, its not going to be easy but again many hands make light work, we will do a small raffle for this that stay and help pack away, last years raffle we gave away a Lipo shorty pack and 8 sets of proline tyres.

• Address - The Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Ln, Chadderton, Oldham OL9 0LS – Please park in the main car park!!

• Start time will be doors open ‪at 7:30am‬, please do not enter the building before this time otherwise we will be charged. Practice will be ‪from 8:00am‬ 4 mins practice each. Drivers briefing will be ‪9:15am‬, first heat ‪starting at 9:30am‬ sharp and looking to complete and packed away before ‪17:30pm‬

• Race Fees
➢ Adult members fee will be £8.50 per class.
➢ Junior members Under 16 will be £5.50 per class
➢ Non-members Adult fee will be £12.50 per class.
➢ Non-members under 16 will be £8.50 per class.
➢ No Discount for two classes.

• Booking in will close at 3pm on the Saturday before the meeting. Those that book in and no show will not be refunded race fee's. We will only refund race fee's if the meeting gets cancelled due to adverse weather.

We will be limiting booking in to 120 drivers (90 2wd, 20 4wd, 10 Vintage This may change depending on numbers booked in)

• No Butty van at these events, please contact us if you know anyone that has a van and willing to turn up!!

We really fancied doing this winter series but I'm concerned about getting a load of unwanted email , anyone signed up and received crap email?

Its fine Ian, never had anything back from them, once you get through all the chaff it's still surprisingly painful, but it makes Birdy's life easier and nobody wants a grumpy Neil.

Correct thanks Neil, the RC Sign Up system does not use your email address in any way, the only time you will get an email from RC sign up is if we the event organisers send out an event email or if you have not paid.

As Neil say's too, takes 5 mins to sign up, but once you have done it once its easy for all other rounds. Also makes my life so much easier :thumbsup::thumbsup:

2 of the 3 transponders me and my boys are using this winter will be different from what's on the computer. I assume you'll be using what's on rcsignup and changing the computer entries?

25 spaces remaining in 2wd, 10 Spaces remaining in 4wd, if these are not taken by mid week we will be opening up a vintage class.
