NRW-Offroad-Cup prior to EOS in Dortmund
 

Registration for the NORC race at this year's Intermodellbau in Dortmund on Thursday, 11 April 2013 (just one day before the beginning of the EOS practice ;)) will be open from Sunday, 17 February. For more information see http://www.mcdortmund.net/
As the race will be held on a Thursday and many regular racers will not be able to participate, this round will not be counted in the 2013 ranking. As the Intermodellbau is a great opportunity to promote our series, we hope as many racers as possible will attend nontheless.

As always, international racers are very welcome!

Any tire or other specific rules?

Feel free to use your rubber tyre of choice. For the other events in the series, the short course 2WD stock class has two types of spec tyres. As the Intermodellbau race is not counted in the ranking, we're less restrictive. If you'd like to test some dBoots tyres on your SCT, no problem with that...

Motors in SC2WDStock are limited to either Speed Passion Comp 3.0 17.5R or LRP Vector X12 17.5 Stock Spec, blinky mode ESCs must be used in this class.
Racers participating in the Fun class must use 17.5 turn motors or brushed silver cans and not use aggressive boost modes. This class is intended for beginners and people who like to go slowlier than modified or who just want to give their vintage stuff or other non-racing vehicles like Kyosho Sandmasters a go. Every 1/10th scale off-road vehicle that doesn't fit in one of the other classes is welcome. :)

Entrylist open since 8 pm and including waiting list already 29 racers registered! :)

Update: 61 registered and on the waiting list so far. :)

64, including Kája Novotny and Jörn Neumann. I am sure, before long more pro drivers will enter the race to get the opportunity to lap me many times in 2WD! :p
