INFORMATION FOR THE WoOoo’s

The meetings will be held at:
Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, Chadderton, 0L9 0LS.

Dates are as follows:
Round 1 – 11th October 2015
Round 2 – 08th November 2015
Round 3 – 17th January 2016
Round 4 – 07th February 2016

oOple ‘Winter Weekender’ – 05/06 December 2015

There will be a four round series on single Sundays, three from four to count.

The oOple ‘Winter Weekender’ will run the same schedule as the oOple Off Road Open Series which has run for three years at various outdoor tracks.
Practice runs Saturday until 12:00 then qualifying in the afternoon, finish is at 5pm.
On Sunday morning there is a final round of qualification followed by triple leg finals for all.

All entries are on a first come, first served basis - with no exception. Once the meeting is full, reserves will be allocated (in order of application) to any cancelled places.

Maximum 5 heats 2WD and 5 heats of 4WD plus an U13yrs 2WD heat.
Possibly a ‘Vintage Heat’ to the oOple Xmas Weekender at short notice, get your cars ready!

ENTRY INFORMATION

You must email the following information to series2015@ooplerace.com after which you will be sent an email giving you the details of how to pay by Paypal.

Your e.mail must contain,
Your name
BRCA No.
Class – 2WD, 4WD or UNDER 13 2WD
PT No(s).
ABILITY – 1 to 15 (1 muppet to 15 national ‘A’ finalist)
DATES YOU WANT TO RACE – Very Important!!

Entries will only be FULLY confirmed on receipt payment, a list will be updated on OOPLE.

All entries - £10 per class for the single Sunday race days, £15 per class for the OOPLE XMAS WEEKENDER.

SPECIAL OFFER – If you wish to participate in ALL the single meetings PLUS the oOple Xmas Weekender and ENTER AND PAY BEFORE 10/10/15 the fee will be £50 per class (instead of paying £55 if you pay separately)


TYRES – We tip our hats to our long standing sponsor, you may use ANY SCHUMACHER tyre, nothing else.

TRACK PREPARATION IS ON THE SATURDAY FOR THE SINGLE DAY MEETINGS Time T.B.C.

A Caterer will be in attendance at all events.

Doors open at 7.30AM on a Single Sunday meeting and 8.45am on the Saturday at the Xmas oOple Weekender, 8.00am on the Sunday.

The aim is to finish heats by 4.30 pm and be away by 5 pm

Is there a SCT class ?? I love Fister RC i wanted to call an outside caterers FIST, fresh ingredients served today - but was told my humour was not a good thing in naming a business?

Hi, sorry no SCT class this time, I think they would destroy the track markings!

What tyre are people thinking will work best?

Both mini pins and mini spikes work, mini spikes are safer, pins can be a bit aggressive on the carpet sections.

Is this subject to the car fitting in the BRCA box?

Tyres:- Any Schumaher tyres. so does that mean any tyres that Schumacher stock?

Rubber tyres, cheeky!

As for fitting in a box, any Schumacher rubber 1/10th scale tyre can be used, we don't have a box apart from the type I'm going to end up in sorting these meetings out!:woot:

HI, the Entries lists have been updated as at 25/9/15, please check them.

If you put an entry in next week or pay your fees, the list will be updated again on Sunday 4th October.
