Where do you think Jörn will go if....

Durango doesn't do something with a converted 410 or a yokomo/B5 style 210?

As he was the only TD driver to be allowed to use the 410 as a 2wd in the last EOS race, whats going to happen?

Jörn leave or TD do a little wider in the rear 410 to get saddles side by side OR do the AE/MR2 stlye rear for the saddles side by side in the 210?

Id like to see either, 410 mostly.

Jörn has been running prototype gear for most of the time, working closely together with Gerd Strenge. As long as the paycheck is good I don't see Jörn leaving, and if he does, I wouldn't be surprised if Gerd Strenge would, too.

As for a 4WD-style 2WD production car, who knows. I do know that Jörn will usually run whatever works best, which is usually a prototype: after all you gain knowledge from running your car which uncovers room for improvement, and a competitive spirit will not wait around to implement these improvements :) However, Durango will not produce a 4WD-2WD just because the pro runs it, there has to be sufficient demand for it. From what I have seen running where I go, the 410V4 and 210V2 haven't been selling as well as their respective predecessors. If that is the case, I'm not sure they'll make a release that may compete as much with their own sales from other cars as it does with that of other brands.

Who said he was leaving? lol

The current 410V4 and 210V2 aren't bad designs, but they are just evolutions of the existing platform. My 210 is now at or past V2 spec with various upgrades (but without actually buying a V2) and my 410 could be V4 spec if I could be bothered. So existing owners aren't buying the latest version. Meanwhile with all sorts of exciting and genuinely new cars from other companies out there Durango isn't attracting many drivers from other cars.

What does this mean for the brand?
They need to get people interested in their cars again. Either something radical and different (which a 410 based 2wd isn't really but its a step) or just get some people winning major races with their cars - which has worked for Associated for years!

Re worked side pod's as this

would be a nice option,

as would a new Durango forward motor car to compete with the likes of the Schumacher KF,

But more than anything the company need's more top drivers, I imagine nothing sell's better than a winning brand.

Just a rework would sidepods would be good.
Im looking at getting a 410 again and running it as a 2wd on high grip. I will test it loose but im not hoping for much
