Hi :)

Hi all,

Having raced 1/10 electric touring cars for year when i was younger, i packed in to start kart racing. Now that time has come and gone and i pulled my old RC18 out of the loft and converted it to brushless and lipo's just to bash around the street/garden, but i think the bug has started taking hold of me again!

I was just wondering when your next meeting or practice session is as id love to come across and have a look!

What classes do you guys currently race and what sort of numbers do you get?

Also, am i right in thinking that this is the only outdoor club in the north east?! There used to be loads!

Thanks in advance!

Stevey

Dynamix is the only 1/10th outdoor track in the north east but there are a few clubs

this weekend would be a good time to come down and take a look as its the 2wd and 4wd off road regional series which always is good to watch and brings good numbers.

on a none regional weekend Dynamix runs 1/10th off road buggy's both 2wd and 4wd on a Sunday from 10am
On a Friday night there is racing on at Benfield school also for 1/10th 2 and 4wd buggys from 6pm
Sunday night at Seaham youth centre 2 and 4wd buggys from 5:45pm
Mondays at Tyne met run touring cars with some buggy heats as well but generally only 4wd(i could be wrong about this though) think its from 6:30pm

Thanks AfroP

Might pop down on Sunday and have a look about.

Looks like im going to have to splash out and get myself a new car!

Do you know if there is anywhere in the north east that does 1/18th scale?

no sorry, i'm not aware of anywhere thats doing 1/8th. but i know a few lads that are racing 1/10th on Sunday that also do 1/8th and they may be able to point you in the right direction.

if your after a car, keep an eye on the trade section here as you can often get some good kit at a decent price
