Hi There,

Myself and my boys would like to have a go at. I have a Tamiya Thudershot which will be as competitive as a slow snail. But it was in the loft and seemed a shame to leave it there.

We have two Brushed Strada Evo XB 4WD 1/10 and a Strada Truggy 4WD 1/10. Can we race those? I came down the and looked at the last thursday before Christmas and I was talking to Richard at Apex models.

Whats the rules and regulations?

My Boys are 13 and 15.

just have some fun and common sense. Buggy specs are pretty much race whatever motor you want, tyres its Schumacher mini spikes or BB greens for the driven wheels.

We have a load of vintage fans at the club so there is some life on the thunder shot ( I am planning on bringing a Tamiya Frog & Top Force to the track some time ) but if you want to race competitively, you're better off getting a modern racing buggy like a Yokomo YZ2 or YZ4 ......

But just pop down to the club to have a chat and see what the club is all about. :)
