Has anybody had a reply regarding entries , sent mine last week but no response as yet . Only asking and I am sure its all in hand just want to get it paid . Thanks Andrew.

Yeah Tom should be processing the entries this week so you should all have a response by Thursday hopefully. :)

The timetables set by the committee, hopefully one of them will see this and chime in. I've picked this up below from an old post that shouldn't be a million miles away:

09.30 - Booking in opens & Track opens for Free Practice
10.00 - Booking in Closes
10.10 - Free Practice Closes for Driver's Briefing
10:30 - 4 rounds of qualifying followed by finals.

From our point of view the gates to the site will be open from 8.30.

No worries Brian...think they forgot about Oople and the non-facebook dwellers again! Balders posted this on Facebook, pretty much confirms what I posted above:


So then i dont plan on getting there until 9am in the morning i would advise you all do the same. There is plenty of pitting space as long as everyome parks sensibly but im sure there will be a saundersfoot rep there to help get that sorted.
Will run open practise as per usual which we can start once booking in opens but we will keep an eye on the number of cars on track if gets busy we will ask you to queue. You know the rules by now. smile emoticon
Booking closes at 10 with r1 on line by 10:30.
Hopefully we will be done and dusted by 4:30.

everything seems to be put on facebook now (god knows why), would`nt have thought it was that difficult to cut and paste it in the wrca thread on here also for those of us non facebook users.

We've got a few non facebook members with us too, i'll try and keep this section updated if there's any news / results / updates etc.. that don't get copied across.
