501x gear diifs
 

I want to fit gear diffs to my TRF501x should i,
A. Buy the kit part no.54329 and buy steel bevel gears for it from the TA06 part no. 54428
B. Buy the TA06 gear diifs with the steel bevel gears. part no.54470 would the TA06 kit fit?

Go with Option A.
TA06 front gear diff will fit but requires the longer hard to find belts from the 511 Upgrade set due to the 39T diff pulley.

Yes... do A as well..;) the 37T gear diffs will work just fine and the belts you have currently for the 501x will work with them:)

i was going to buy a 503 but it looks like parts are rare as rocking horse #$%&*
if you break belts or shock towers where do you go?

I have only seen the 503 parts at Stella Models and Modelbau

I'm still racing my 511 and it's going great and plenty of parts out there and easy to come by from most of the big HK shops, rcmart, Stella etc
