Furness Regional URGENT INFO

I have had to make the call that the Furness Regional will not take place at there new site. There has been a lot of work put in but the area is not going to be regional ready by next week, However the Southlakes have stepped up and said they can use there area so the regional will be held there now. The date cant be change now so this is the best option as your reps are happy with this.

This Regional will now be on grass and in Kendal. Butty van trying to be sorted and thunder boxes.

Does this mean its going to be changed to best of 2 rounds????
Or does the fact its changing venue not change this.....

Stuart given all this rain we're having and are also ue to keep having surely the best option as supposed to barrow should be bury?..... Our track is the most resistant to weather, and has hard standing pitting and as shown last weekend we ran a meeting perfectly well in very persistent and at times very heavy rain.
I would've thought you'd need to make a call in the next couple of days about the meeting on grass at kendle in this weather.
I'm just posting this to say if it looks like the grass track is flooded bury is an option if you give us notice

Or just cancel it all together if its going to be showers because its a near 300mile trip for me for something i dont really have to turn up for and especially for it to be called off. :(

I'm sure it'll be fine if weather stays like today!

Noooooo bring on the grass :) we know why you want it at bury :)

Realistically Bury or Southport would have been the best two options.
As they are all weather tracks and both drain well.
We all know that racing on a very wet grass track is a nightmare.
All we'll be doing is stripping the cars down all day after every run, to get all the grass out that's clogged up our drive shafts and covered our cars in crap.
I'm just hoping the grass has already been cut and isn't cut an hour before racing starts.
