These freshly re-brushed and skimmed beauties should see me through 4 heats and a final in the vintage class, when I run LiPo with brushed motors the brushes only seem to last about 10 minutes of runtime so i'm just going to swap the motor out every 2 heats. Should keep everyone else amused even if it annoys the hell out of me:lol:

Was tonnes of fun, Heat 1 guys and B Finalists, thanks loads for the fun races. And cheers to 4wd for Marshalling my car (a lot)

This current Layout is really fun to drive and the weather made the day interesting.. a cagey start and finish :)

Can't believe how quickly the track destroys tyres.. I went through a set of blues and yellows on the rear, and a set of yellows up front. I think I needed a second set of Yellows, but drained the last morsels of life out of my only set on the last final.

Once again thanks for all the tips, help and advice, and a cracking day out! :)

It was a truly excellent day's racing at TORCH today, thanks to all involved.

Really enjoyed the vintage racing and the back end of the FireBlade is now covered in the powdered remains of 3 sets of motor brushes!!

Also the DEX210 held together despite my best efforts to destroy it and it was great to salvage a creditable result in the B Final after my rubbish driving in qualifying.

Roll on the next round when the RB6 should be coming out to play:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Gutted to have missed this but compressed a disk in my spine two weeks ago and didn't want to risk causing any more damage. Back at work now so I should be good for next week.
