BRCA Mid-South Regional 4wd TORCH 11th June
 
We are starting things a bit later than 7am gates open but moving to 8pm to enable people further away time to travel. Gates will not open till 8am.

Registration
Online registration via the mid-south website closes on Thursday 8th June at 18:00.
The fee of £10 is payable on the day when you book in.
Booking in on the day (at an extra £5 late booking fee) closes at 08:45.
Please have your BRCA card ready when you book in.
If you are not pre-booked, there is no guarantee you will be placed in the corrected seeded heat and you also run the risk of no practice rounds.
Open class entry is also £10.

Schedule
08:00 Site opens for setting up. The track is closed until controlled practice.
08:15 Booking in opens.
09:00 Drivers Briefing.
09:15 Practice starts for 2 rounds of 3 minutes. PLEASE Marshall after your practice heat.
10:30 Qualifying starts
4pm Approx. Start of Finals

Awards
Trophies for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the A Final and 1st place for each other final and top Under 16 driver.

Food
There will be a food van on-site providing hot food and drinks from 8am. Please leave space in front of the row of containers to enable them to park.

Toilets
Ladies and Gents Toilets available.

Charging Power
There is only a very limited mains power supply for race control and the container, so please make your own arrangements for a leisure battery or generator.
Generators to be switched off when refuelling please.


Sat Nav Address
Poplars Farm, Curdridge Lane, Curdridge, Hampshire SO32 2BH.

Driving Directions
When you are in Curdridge Lane, just after the 40 mph sign (when coming from Waltham Chase to the east) there is a turning on the left with a small wooden stake saying Poplars Farm, turn left into this turning and there should be a silver iron gate, which should be open, go down the dirt track, when you get to the bottom of it, we are just down to the right. From the west go past the Cricketers pub on your left and turn into the farm entrance on the right, 20 metres before the speed limit de-restriction sign. Please drive slowly on the approach to the track and be aware that we are on a working farm.
