Futaba T4GRS
 

Hi can anyone tell me if the T4GRS will bind up to the Radiolink relievers? Just thinking they could be a handy cheap option for some of my bashers and keep the proper futaba relievers in my race cars. Cheers.

I've never read that they do. I run my T4GRS with HPI RF-11 receivers which work perfectly, they're cheaper than the original Futaba ones.

Do any other makes of receivers work with futaba systems?

I be interested in this too.
I have 3vcs with the faast etc.

Been running frsky on the other radio. 14 quid lol

Frsky tfr4 receivers work with the futaba fasst system, i used one all last season with no issues.

Isn't the T4GRS an FHSS system not a FASST system? mine is and could only get the hpi rf11 to work on it . Just saying what I have found and I could be wrong and often am :).

Correct, the 3VC uses FASST, the T4GRS uses T-FHSS so the FrSky receiver is not compatible with it.

Thanks to this thread I got a hpi rf11 receiver and ran it all day faultlessly yesterday with my T4GRS.:thumbsup:

Interestingly another chap blew his receiver and was able to bind an Orange GR400S receiver he had and carry on racing.

agreed buddy, should've posted a follow up message - picked up a HPI receiver and is working flawlessly, great shout :)
