Tonight....

Hello,

I'm looking to join you for some racing tonight...

I am new to 10th off-roaders but have raced 10th on-road.

I have a 2WD HPI truggy (same chassis as the HPI Blitz short course). Can you accomodate me?

Cheers,
Iain

Hi

Unless I'm mistaken that is a different class to buggies so we can't let you race with them tonight.

If you wanted to pop down for a practice before hand for a few minutes you'll be more than welcome.

FYI we are planning on run short course on Sunday's. If there is call for 1/10th truggies we can run these too.

Neil

Thanks for the quick response Neil.

On your website you have four classes listed as running per meeting - http://www.shrccc.co.uk/whatwerace.html

Cheers

Dudders 03-05-2011 11:14 AM

Correct for Sundays (2 and 4wd buggy + Short Course and also run what you bring) Short Course and 'RWYB' are subject to numbers and might run together until interest ups.

However tonight is our first midweek 'Shootout' championship for buggies only.

Cheers Neil, Excellent inaugural event with a superb atmosphere!

Shame I blew the front shock out on the CR2 and then broke the servo horn as I was just lapping round to get some track time

So had to resort to the old xxx which I just couldn't find the right set up or tyres for on the night! But despite that had a great fun evening...

See ya next tues for practice and possibly a few heats too?

Cheers,

Mark

Thanks for allowing me to have a blast with the truggy during practice. Thoroughly appreciated!

A really friendly, laid back and fun atmosphere - Especially liked the music on the rostrum.

A great start and i wish you the best of luck with this new venture. I'll be back soon and quite possibly with a new car too. ;)

Dudders 04-05-2011 08:29 AM

Cheers Mark, sorry about your woes but you got there in the end!.

Ian, many thanks, sorry I couldnt spent more time with you but I was a little bit tied up!. Glad you like the track.... when is the new toy arriving? :woot:
