Meeting with the council

14th September 4PM
Meeting with South Tyneside Council
In South Shields
All club members welcome to attend, the more the merrier. Better if we left the loud mouths like Chris Stewart out though, dont want to offend anyone.

Lets have a list of attendees, and some notes on points to discuss.

Ill suggest discussing:
Outdoor track - Gypsies green?
Indoor use of Temple Park for regional?
Funding
Getting youngsters involved and some club cars bought.

Are we sorted for an indoor venue as jarrow school is getting flattened in oct !
What about putting an advert in the local paper advertising our club and a free racing meeting with club car for under 16s ?

I wouldn't be able to get there for that time, as I'am sure a few people will struggle because of work, could we have not got a more 'after work' friendly time or weekend meeting? I hope that was a joke about Chris S....

a pre-requisite for an fc floundering about in the championship I would have thought ( :D ;) :thumbsup:)

Stephen - we struggled to get that time slot, its hard to get to see the council, but I know there's a couple of us going anyway, so no probs.
