fs2 in 2WD

Have seen some guys leaving out the front drive shafts on their XB4 cars in order to run it as a 2WD car (with some other minor adjustments)...

Did anyone already gave it a try with the lazer?

Yes it's called the Rudebits DB1 ;)

Just built mine up in 2wd removing the front driveshafts. Fitted a front anti roll bar because it helps on the xb4. Will be testing soon.

Hi,

I ran the 2WD lazer today comparing with my b-max 2mr. I found the lazer more precise and could place it where I wanted. More track time on Thursday and Sunday.

Don't forget to share your setup as well Sam ;-)

I was running Yokomo Big bore shocks due to having no K big bores, will try the small bores at some point. I also had the carbon top deck on, will also be trying the plastic to add some flex. I should be able to get more info on Thursday, and a little bit more testing today.

So far what I have done:

- Removed the front drive shafts keeping the diff in for some weight.
- Fitted front anti-roll bar to the front.
- Fitted RB6 rear wishbones.

Will get some photos too.

Sam
