Is your Savox servo causing the servo horn to run on the body?
Reading reports that savox servos cause the horn to rub on the shell. |

I will be getting a different servo for it but the one I want is out of stock at the moment. I’ve had to space the ball stud on the horn for now as well because of the size of the servo. |

First run with the car went reasonable, I broke it after about 5 laps🥴 When I did get some laps in the car felt good, very responsive and lots of steering. I would suggest getting the bigger roll bars if you get one, the ones in the kit are too thin. You’ll need the 1.6/1.8/2.0mm. Second run with it this Friday. |

Ran the 22x4 yesterday at BMR in Nottingham. Track had dried out after a couple of packs so here’s my setup. Changes will be made for the next time to try something different. I ran with a mate who has an xb4 20. Seems more responsive as I’ve said previous, but you can see the car reacting better than his. Very smooth at jumps and feels a lot calmer as well. First impressions are good.
I felt it was better balanced with the lcg in for me. I have to say 4wd is not my preferred class. I’m much more at ease with 2wd:lol: |
Nice build 😎, will be getting the hudy servo horn
For my 22 👍 |

I raced the 22x4 again on Tuesday at A1. This would be it’s first proper race, the others being just practice.
I made a few changes from my last setup and the car felt really good. I managed to quali 2nd in the A and I ended up finishing there. This is the changes I made. 1.6 roll bars all round 400/350 shock oil 10000/7000 diff oil 18mm ride height Ae grey v2 springs on rear Kit springs on front Slipper Yellow darts with cragg inserts on rear Yellow darts with close cell inserts in on the front, two rows cut off on outside, one on the inside. |
