Try setting the transmitter to 100% travel...

Try setting the transmitter to 100% travel instead of 120% and do the setup on the speedo again. A lot of speedos don't like the travel being set to over 100%.

Try just chamfering the ends of the hing pins. I have a trishbits bulkhead which seemed impossibly tight and all I needed to do was take the edge off the tips of the hinge pins.

Didn't you find the diff to be too small in diameter? I fitted the Arrma diff but then didn't have the guts to drive it as looked to have way too much room to the idler and only barely meshed.

What car do you have and have you maybe changed a setting on the transmitter? Check the instructions to see if you can reset the speed control to the transmitter also.
