Axle Pins on 501x

Those of you with 501's are probably familiar with the axle pins in the front hex adapters, and in the rear as well. I find them just too loose!

Last weekend I had a wheelnut come loose (my bad)...

Tamiya themselves say that you don't need threadlock on the metal into metal screws, perhaps there is a design feature of the thread that is designed to grip screws, to stop them vibrating out.
