I have not encountered any problems of this type however I have only run it on LIPO's. You can disable the battery voltage cut off as it only really neccessary for LIPO's and see if that helps....

As the non stickered ones were legal last year i.e on the BRCA approved LIPO list. Would they not still be legal. I thought some stuff was, otherwise you would have to buy new stuff every year....

Don't waste the extra money on the LOSI go for the EZRUN 5.5. Fast, smooth, good brakes and easy to set up. £70 ish bargain.
