If you build your diff and you can feel the gear teeth, replace the 5.1x8x.2 shim with a thinner one, .1. Makes a big "diff"-erence ;)
Or use the stock shim and give it lots of break in time.

I hope the factory can someday source some better materials for the diff and slipper...

They do drop in without modification, however the inside diameter is .22mm bigger then the stock rings. I put a tiny amount...

Thanks Tom, sounds like a similar setup I run. For the diff I found the Xray rings last much longer and wont ruin the balls.
Like he said, very easy to drive and push hard.
