Hi, I have an Orion R10.1 and i wanted to take the power and motor wires off to put new ones on, i cant get the factory soldered joints to melt.
Has anyone any tips?
I have never had this problem...

do you mean that it cocks the inside rear wheel in the corner? roll bars do that sometimes, because the outside shock is getting compressed then what the roll bar does is try to compress the inside...

I dont see the need for having alu front c hubs, i run 30 degrees castor more or less everywhere, narrower front end should make the front end more twitchy.

Look at the little bearing in the gearbox. although i wouldnt think it would make that loud a noise and make sure the gearbox isnt over tightened
