It's not just plausible but entirely likely that their order and dispatch systems are only connected to PayPal via API's (probably via a separate payment gateway)....

Be careful if you use any diff cover with any 39t pulley in these, I ruined two pulleys and a belt doing so. There's insufficient clearance within the bulkhead assembly to allow anything to pass...
