Yep your absolutely right, I only get this at crawling speed on initial stick input , once it's moving its not a problem, and it dosnt affect me when racing...
Just out of interest I quickly plugged...

Nope using new 1800mah 2cell lipos ...
The car had cogging issues new out of the box ,, I changed the esc to the ezrun which is loads better but I still get a bit of cogging with slow gentle...
