They are also very expensive, approx £8 each. They don't come in pairs as you would expect but the pack contains one front and one rear arm so, unless you regularly break the rear arms you are paying...

Check that you have both channels set to share the power distribution to 50%. You can adjust this in the settings menu and it sounds like you may have one...
