My opinion is that the SP has a much more linear feel to it, when i used the SXX i always used the expo on the radio but with the SP i dont because its more easy to drive it smooth without it, with my SXX my motor temp was about 60-70C with SP 40-45C same gearing and wind on motor,
Another great feature with the SP is that you can change the firmware with the USB programming card so its safe for the future
The LPF will work in a 2WD maybe in 4WD to but i would go for the PRO its not that much o a difference in price
