The first thing to do would be to propose a new BRCA rep for Northern Ireland. I guess my name is still in the BRCA handbook as nobody else has put themselves forward, but I haven't been involved in any 1/10 racing since 2006. With a new rep in place it should be relatively easy to organise BRCA regionals. Just get the clubs and racers interested, publish the dates, collate the results and send to the BRCA to update the licence gradings.
