Ideally you need a pcb pad repair Kit. Something like this
http://www.techni-tool.com/246SO7173 to replace the pads you removed. If you dont have it either wire directly to the part next in the circuit as said earlier or carefully scrap the green coating on the track that the pads connected to and expose the copper track then solder to the track. Be careful not to scratch the coating either side of the track you need as this may cause hassle when solder later as it may short.
