Depending on the surface of your racetrack you may still find the CA to be the better deal. After contemplating a while, I chose the CA due to the included gear diff, wide rear arms and aluminium parts. I installed the DTM rear brace from the start and upgraded to the graphite version of the new front hubs a while later. If you are not keen on the aluminium steering and front arm mount and would buy the ball diff anyway, the DTM is a no brainer due to the many additional suspension settings and improved details like the gearbox/battery brace aka waterfall. You can't go wrong either way, both are excellent kits. Feel free to read my CA review on petitrc.
