Colchester Model Car Club Indoor Winter Series 2013-2014
This year throughout the winter we are going to be running a indoor winter series. The series will be held at Rowhedge Village Hall on a Sunday morning. The hall has a polished wooden floor surface which we'll be laying a track on. We'll be using Narrow Mini Pin tires which will be available for purchase at each meeting.
The aim of the series is to provide racing throughout the winter whatever the weather, also providing some close indoor racing which can be done on a reasonable budget, and more importantly......allowing everyone to have a good time! All will be welcome, We hope to bring back some drivers from the old polished wooden floor days at Phillip Morant!
Finer details regarding start times will be released nearer to the date. Also hopefully have some support from a couple of Sponsors and a Raffle.... More on this to come!

Times
Doors will be opening at 8:30am.
There are tables at the hall which we can use.
We'll need to spend a bit of time setting up the track and getting everything ready but with help from everyone we'll be up and running in no time.
We aim to get everything ready to have the first heat on the line at 9:30am. If time allows we'll have a small session of open practice. (The first meeting will be a bit of a trial and we'll see if this works)
We're aiming to run between 9:30 - 12:30 which will give us time at the end of the meeting to pack away and be out of the hall in time.
