zippy/flightmax lipos are what i am about to buy for my buggy as i have only heard good things about them and they are very well priced (you can buy 2-3 packs for the same price as 1 maxamp/losi lipos)
Neu lipos are also highly rated along with rc-monsters own lipos
i haven't got the losi conversion kit but i like the battery/esc mount
