In my experience you need to shim the servo forward or back so that the steering link from servo horn to steering rack/bellcranks is parallel with the rack when looked at from above.

I also found that I needed to get the servo horn facing somewhere between 12 o'clock and 1 o'clock and then adjust the steering link length so that everything is pointing forward.

I also found that Savox servo's were harder to setup with, no idea why, but the end points on the transmitter were always set more different left to right when compared with a KO or futaba servo.
