A little more information for the 4wd regional on Sunday...

Do not get to the site before 8am. Track build will go ahead from 8am. Swimming pool sports centre gates don't open until 8am, so aim to get there after then, rather than queuing up beforehand. There is very limited waiting space, so you'll be waiting on the main road blocking track builders access.
We will have access to pit on the field. There may be a football match, so we need to leave them room. Park in car park.

Booking in and practice as soon as we are setup, say 8.45am (ish). 4 min timed practice rotations.

We'll aim for 9.30am drivers briefing, and get racing online for ~9.45am.

There will be one or possibly two 2wd non-regional heats for club members also wishing to enjoy the day.

Hot food and toilets are in the swimming pool. Mcdonalds and supermarket is a few miles down road in Heckmondwyke. Petrol station, cash machine and shop down road less than a mile. There is a new trampoline park less than a mile away, and the sports complex has a pool and gym if anybody is bringing family along who is not racing.

Mike Parker will have his shop at the track.

I can't predict the weather now, your guess is as good as mine. We've enjoyed some decent dry club meetings recently.
