Hi everyone,

You may have heard the unfortunate and very unexpected news that we are no longer able to continue racing at West Bridgford School, due to circumstances beyond the club's control.

This is incredibly disappointing after 26 years racing at the same venue, and the club Committee are now actively working to find a solution as quickly as we can, with the support of our members.

A top priority is the Indoor Off Road championship, for which the dates have been announced and very high numbers of drivers are already pre-booked for every round.

The good news is that we do have a solution for this championship, at a new indoor venue located close to our previous one (location will be circulated separately once final details are confirmed). The venue is very similar in size to the sports hall at West Bridgford, with separate pitting space available as before. However, this will require us to adjust the dates of all remaining rounds from the Saturday to the Sunday of the same weekend. This will mean that the new dates for the remainder of the championship will be:

8th Nov
6th Dec
17th Jan
14th Feb
20th Mar

We sincerely hope that this does not cause problems with your existing entries. However, if this unplanned change does mean that you now need to cancel your pre-booked entry, could you please let us know by replying to this message confirming which round(s) you need to withdraw from.

We apologise for this change, but unfortunately we have no other option available.
