From cost point I dont think that you can ever really justify that rubber tyres will be cheaper to run than foams (Agree if your lucks out you can trash a brand new set).
I really agree with both sides of the arguments on this but if it came to voting I personally would go along the lines of keeping foams, raising ride height and having a good time
