The balance charge theory is nonsense as I don't balance charge my cells every time, maybe once every 6 runs or so, not that I see how it can make any difference anyway. I treat all my cells the same way with no swelling to 4 sets of reedy saddles and 2 sets gens ace and 2 sets of hpi plazmas (My son and I both race 2 classes each meeting, hence the amount of cells......). Only the LRP's have swollen..........
