We currently run the following classes:
1/10th 2wd off road buggies
1/10th 4wd off road buggies
1/16th Micros
The race fee is £10 (£15 for two classes).
Please ensure you are a BRCA member. We will be checking your membership cards when signing on.
Recommended tyres for 2wd & 4wd are Schumacher Yellow Mini Pin 2's for the rear. Most 2wd will run Schumacher Yellow Cut Stagger front, 4wd may opt for Schumacher Yellow Cut Stagger or Schumacher Yellow Mini Pin fronts. Micro drivers tend to run Schumacher White Rally Block tyres front and rear.
You will get 4x 5 minute qualifying heats to get your place in the 5 minute final. The qualifying is round by round. 8 drivers per heat.
You will be required to marshal straight after your heat/race, please ensure you get to your marshal point as quickly as possible to allow the next heat to get under way. If you are unable to marshal you will need to have someone, who is also a BRCA member, to marshal for you.
There is electricity at the venue, but you will need to bring your own extension cable. There is ample pitting area, you will also need to bring your own table & chair.
The venue has no onsite cafe, however local shops are very close and also McDonalds is only a 5 minute drive.
