I'd go with the Following mate :

FRONT
44.2 FF Block
44.2 FR Block
450 Oil/1.1 Piston/2 'O' Ring/25% Rebound
Blue Spring
Hole 2 on Tower
Short Link/1mm Inner Shim/1mm Outer Shim
2 Degree Camber
5.5 Droop
1mm Bumpsteer Shim
0.5mm Steering Shim
Spool
1.3 Rollbar

REAR
42.0 RF Block
46.4 RR Block
450 Oil/1.1 Piston/2 'O' Ring/25% Rebound
Blue Spring
Hole 2 on Tower
Short Link/1mm Inner Shim/1mm Outer Shim
2 Degree Camber
4.5 Droop
2k Diff Oil
1.2 Rollbar
Motormount screw out if using the Aluminium Chassis

That should be a pretty Safe Setup thats nice to drive, but if you find that you have too much Steering, you could switch to either a 1.4 Front Rollbar, take the the 0.5mm Shim out of the Steering or go to 3k Diff Oil.

If you find that you require alittle more Steering/Response, then you could go to Hole 3 allround on the Towers or go to Pink Springs allround.

Hope this helps.
