Use the Std Silver Ballstuds with 1mm Shims, on the Inner Bulkheads.
If you feel that you require alittle more Grip, you could always Remove the 1mm Shims from the Inner Bulkheads.
The Black Ballstuds have a shorter neck, which is 1.5mm lower..........I've found if you run it like that or even lower, all it does is scrub Cornerspeed & create more Tyre Wear!
As you're Car sounds like its a BD7 - pre 2016, I'd also run the Spool & Diff in the Low Position.
..........with a 2016, you'd generally run them both in the High Position.
