I've spent the day building my RB6 which is basically a new car now and got as far as installing the rear arms, driveshafts etc.
To me, with the rear suspension at full droop the dogbones look like they're too far out in the outdrives and could pop out, is this normal when running RB5 rear arms? I've posted up some pics when the rear suspension is at full droop so you can see what I mean.
This car has been built with 1 degree alloy hubs, new UM522 driveshafts, UM566 rear arms (which appear to be the same length from hingepin to hingepin as the stock RB6 gull wing arms) and stock big bore rear shocks running the LA43 long ballends as per the build manual. Also it has the alloy UMW705/707 alloy wishbone mounts running 2 degrees inboard toe-in.
Hopefully someone can help!!
