Normally their enthusiasm to travel ridiculous distances sets our Dublin colleagues apart - I'd just put Saturday down as one of those mathematically unlikely days where the unusual happened.
I'll happily take the undeserved points in the mod class - 2nd in 2wd and 3rd in 4wd despite being, to be frank, rubbish
. One decent result in the Naul and a good performance in Fivemiletown (I got 3rd there in a small field on Paddy's Day thanks to Derek's speedo dieing) where not many people have driven a 2wd (it is NOT easy), and I'm in the mix!
Need to fix the 4wd and learn how to drive the new 2wd, though....
