Rear end sounds quite soft to me.. and could lack rotation?
id go thicker in the oil - i used to run 30-32.5. And i ran the middle hole on the link.
23mm ride height is abit high also. I always start at 20 all round and tend to end up near 18 depending on grip and bumps.
It does sound as if you've softened the rear up to compensate for wanting it to be smoother and less aggressive. i'd look to dial it back in a little more as the rear end could be wanting to grip too much.
