if experience with other makes of car counts, try a ball diff, adjust so its loose and just slipping a tiny bit on hard acceleration, can help take away the kick that upsets the back end of the car. my old xray was awful when i tried a gear diff at our club but goes well with a ball diff, we do run on very low grip tarmac though
