Unfortunately these multi bank chargers are a bit temperamental Bradley. I've got one the same as yours sat in my workshop with 2 channels fine, and 2 channels that still work but the display is so dim it's barely legible.
Only thing I can suggest is test each component in turn and see what readings you get compared to one of the channels that's working okay and you might be able to isolate the fault. Check for bad connections and dry solder joints as well.
