Is there a trick to doing this job more easily?

Also looking at ball ended drivers for getting at those accursed motor screws (blocked by the battery posts...argh!)
Trick is to get it in right first time to prevent motor from moving. (No disrespect)

I used to use a combination of a ball end driver and then a cut down Allen Key to get the final bite.

The Spur Can be changed easily, as you pull the slipper assembly out you need to rotate the wheels so that the prop shaft pins point up/down and it flies out.
