For everyone's information, we haven't just sorted the listings in 'F' Grade order as not everyone races in the regional events, the race timing software also calculates abilities from previous meetings so these have also been taken into account.

* 3 minutes Practice in heat order starting 08.45. Assuming 2 mins turnaround, that's 12 x 5 = 60 mins. Complete at approx 09.45
* Drivers marshal the next practice - last heat to marshal the first.
* Drivers briefing 10.00.
