Pre-2000 designed or built 1/10 buggy
Open radio
Open tyres
NiMH batteries
Brushed motor, 19t+ no timing
I think that covers it... Although you could say the above is to get championship points, but you can 'run what you brung' for new folks, they just don't get points unless they have the right kit.
