Trophies for the top 3 in a finals, 2wd, 4wd, Short Course and Juniors! We've managed to secure the unit again for a full sunday meeting. Doors will open around 7.30am and we'll be doing at least 4 rounds of heats and at least 2 leg finals
. Practice will be in heat order. NO OPEN PRACTICE
www.apexmodels.com will have a shop on site for the day.
Table and Chair: Plenty of on site, no need to bring unless you have your fav chair. Please DO NOT bring tables, they will be laid out ready.
It'll be snuggly. You WILL have to share tables (2.5m long tables) but this should still allow racers plenty of room. If you have a novice with you, or running two cars, please still budge up.
If we get FULL and I can squeeze no more in, then please be prepared to pit near the door under cover.
If you can bring your 12v + Silent Generators please. We only have limited 13 amp sockets on site. These are fine for club nights but there will be a lot more charging on this day and I dont want to fuse the place!. Gennies can go outside the door and leads put through the windows to the rooms.
Food Van: from 8.30am till late...
At present, doors will open at 7.30am with booking in open until 8.15am. Hope to start racing at 8.30am with 5 min practice in heat order (no free for all due to numbers).
